We called Hi-Tech Electric back for some long-needed electrical upgrades after they promptly handled an emergency issue earlier this year. Nikki handled my call promptly and found me a service date that worked with our schedule. When the electrician Noah arrived, he was friendly and courteous. He kept me aware of the progress of his work and updated me on all costs. Noah provided professional efficient service and reviewed all the work with me when finished. We even added an upgrade last minute he was able to adapt and make it work. For all that we had done that day, the price was very fair.
